Why Should We Avoid Junk Foods
Junk food is a kind of food which have very low level of food value. Which is popular for it's pungent test. As example: burger, coke, chocolate, chips, cooked meat & chicken etc are junk foods. Which is very much harmful for human health. Junk food just gives you instant energy but cases health for long time. By taking a large ammount of junk foods it will cause lots of problems as a result. Let's see why we should avoid junk foods:

Fat
Junk food contains a large ammount of fat which is risky for human body. If we take junk foods in high ammount it will incrsease our fatty tissue which is very much harmful for our body. Extra fat can cause hart attact, canser lots more major problems.

Sugar
Junk food containts another harmful iteam named sugar. Sugar is a bit useful for our health but more harmful than that. Extra sugar causes teeth problem. As a result out teeth got damaged by taking lots of sugar. It also cause Diabetes.

Vitamins
In junk foods there are not a single value of vitamins. But we eat foods to get vitamins for our health. We eat food to give our health a power. But to give power we required vitamin. But the fact is, in junk food there are no value of vitamins. Thant's why it's very much harmful for our health.
